Loudoun Veterans and Family Support

For the year 2025, we assisted 34 different veterans and their families.
We spent $10,733 to assist these veterans 40 times, for an average of $268.33 per assistance.
$3,500 of that expenditure came from the MOAA grant while the remaining $7,233 came from general fund donations.
Current LVFS fund balance is $9,456.
So far in January 2026, we have one veteran request in the pipeline.

Since its inception, LVFS, with other VSOS, has never failed to meet
the immediate need of a Loudoun County veteran’s family.
